Fall is upon us, and as the seasons change, it is a good opportunity to pause and take stock of how we’re doing, how we’re feeling and prepare for the season ahead.
It can be hard to stay mindful of these in the day to day, and more often than not when we do pause to check in, we notice that we are feeling tired, stressed, and overwhelmed… and that we have been feeling this way for a while, and are not sure about how to stop this seemingly very normal and entrenched pattern.
This event was generated to provide a moment of pause and reprieve from the chaos of the every day. Created by three holistic wellness practitioners, the goal of the day is to provide an opportunity to slow down and support relaxation and restoration via self-care experiences in what we value most; movement, nourishment, healing, mindset and reflection.
What can you expect in attending this event?
A 30 minute pilates session designed for all fitness levels
Guided reflection and journaling
An intimate workshop focused on understanding and prioritizing self-care
A talk on how to make food choices that support nourishing yourself from the inside out
Holistic support to guide each individual through the transition of fall to winter

An individual workbook to bring all that you have learned from the day forward into your life.
About the Hosts:
Anna Frumkin is a certified holistic nutritionist, trained pilates teacher, and wellness mentor based in the San Francisco Bay Area. She is the owner of Nourish with Anna. Anna has worked with clients in person and nationwide via phone + Skype for years on health issues ranging from weight gain, fatigue, low energy, crash dieting, food confusion, digestive issues, blood sugar imbalances, autoimmune conditions and more. Anna’s approach is based on mindfulness, compassion and sound science.
Dr. Viktoriya Neverov-Krstic holds a Master's and Doctorate degree in Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine from San Francisco's ACTCM. Because of her strong background in bodywork she has a lot of success with pain management, everything from neck pain and low back pain to Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. She is also passionate about Herbal Medicine and treats internal medical issues ranging from insomnia, stress, to IBS and allergies.
Megan Murk NBC-HWC, is a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach who brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in coaching individuals and groups, across a myriad of topics. My passion is helping people, allowing room for them to decide and pursue meaningful changes in their lives, and creating plans and structures that support that success.
Coastal Wellness Retreats:
Coastal Wellness Retreats was founded in 2018 in Pacifica, CA. Our (single) day retreats provide holistic and self-care services that support + foster health and wellbeing to individuals visiting coastal towns such as Pacifica + Half Moon Bay.
Created by a holistic nutritionist, pilates instructor, doctor of acupuncture and certified health and wellness coach, the goal of our day retreats is to provide an opportunity to slow down + support relaxation and restoration via self-care experiences in what we value most; movement, nourishment, healing, mindset, and reflection.
We offer a variety of treatments, classes, and services to improve and help you maintain your optimal health. Whether you are experiencing discomfort or simply want to improve your physical + mental fitness, our retreats provide the resources to do so in a healing and friendly environment.
We have all heard from our clients that there is a desire for greater self-care in their lives. In our work, we know that there are five pillars that are strongly connected to one's wellbeing - nourishment, movement, healing, mindset + reflection, which are incredibly impactful on their own.
This is why we wanted to provide a combined, powerful experience that helps each individual have an opportunity to step out of the chaos of their normal day so that they can feel balanced, relaxed and restored.
