About this Event

2020 and 2021 have presented a plethora of new, layered and individualized challenges that impact our clients, their goals and their visions, and as coaches we have an opportunity to utilize these intersections to bolster rapport, the client's sense of embodied self-agency, agility, and resilience. In this 90 minute recorded training, Coaches will explore strategies for how to stretch ourselves and our skills to help clients meet this unique moment in history, while gaining better understanding of themselves and their abilities.

Upon completion of this course, coaches will be able to:

  • Use the coaching conversation to lean into current roadblocks and support fostering acceptance,  agility and creativity in determining options for moving forward.
  • Use Reflective Inquiry and the communication tools OARS and DEARS to enlist client participation in active refining of one's vision as new insights and abilities come into understanding.
