Description: In this 90 minute recorded training, Coaches will explore how they can promote client self-leadership and why that is an important factor for aligning the Coaching Process. Through gaining an contextual understanding of how thoughts, behaviors and emotions influence the chaine process, Coaches will be able to understand how they can cultivate the client as their own self-leader via the use of Signature Strenths, Appreciative Inquiry, Self-efficacy and Resilience. All together, Coaches will see how layering these components with curiosity and compassion can aid the client in relating differently to themselves, their lives, and the overall change process in order to promote alignment and sustainability. 



Upon completion of this course, coaches will be able to:

  • Attendees will be able to articulate how the ingredients of thoughts, behaviors and emotions influence self-leadership
  • Attendees will understand how to use signature strengths to support clients in cultivating their ability to self-lead
  • Attendees will be able to tie in the instrument of Appreciative Inquiry to support building upon signature strengths
  • Attendees will be able to use these to inform growth in self-leadership via self-efficacy and resilience
