Description: In this 90 minute recorded training, Coaches will explore the Transtheoretical Model of Behavior Change and how it can be applied to support clients in working on supporting behavioral changes related in the management of chronic physical health conditions.

 

Objectives:

Upon completion of this course, coaches will be able to:

  • Understand the stages and complexities of the TTM

  • Comprehend how to facilitate movement through the stages of TTM

  • Gain familiarity with the generalities of challenges and processes involved in coaching people with chronic disease

  • Become more proficient and confident in their ability to layer the complexities of TTM and chronic disease in conceptualizing their work with clients
