Hi, I'm Megan.
I am a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach and Trainer who is passionate about both the Coaching work and the growth of the Coaching field.
Over the last eleven years I have gained extensive experience providing 1:1 coaching, developing and leading workshops, training and supervising coaches, and building coaching teams.
My passion is helping people - allowing room for them to clarify and pursue meaningful changes in their lives - and creating processes and structures that support that success.
I believe we are all more powerful, capable and able than we are led to believe, and I love helping to connect individuals to a deeper understanding and alignment with the the authentic self within.
How does Coaching work?
Together we will begin the work by outlining your vision for your preferred future, why it is meaningful to you, and the helpful avenues to explore and pursue to move in the direction of where you would like to be. Then, we will strategize and take aligned action steps to support your success and incorporate insights, troubleshoot challenges and iterate as needed to support your success.
