Description: In this 90 minute recorded training, Coaches will explore the individual and intersecting complexities of using Motivational Interviewing to help clients who are desiring to work on work/life balance but ambivalent towards taking action towards it.
Upon completion of this course, coaches will be able to:
Name the components, segments and tools of Motivational Interviewing
Articulate the generalities of challenges and processes involved in coaching work/life balance
Have increased proficiency and confidence in their ability to layer the complexities of Motivational Interviewing and work/life balance in conceptualizing their work with clients

About the Trainer:
Megan Murk, NBC-HWC, is a skilled Health and Wellness Coach & Educator who has a passion for training and mentoring future health and wellness coaches. Megan earned a BA degree in Sociology and a Masters Degree in Integrative Health Studies with a Certificate in Health Coaching & Wellness Management. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in coaching individuals, training and supervising coaches, and building coach teams.
Megan passed the inaugural National Board Certification exam for Health and Wellness Coaches in 2017 and also serves as an approved mentor for the National Board for the Credentialing of Health & Wellness Coaches (NBHWC) beginning in 2016 and is currently based in San Francisco, California.
