Articulate the generalities of challenges and processes involved in coaching work/life balance

About the Trainer:
Megan Murk, NBC-HWC, is a skilled Health and Wellness Coach & Educator who has a passion for training and mentoring future health and wellness coaches. Megan earned a BA degree in Sociology and a Masters Degree in Integrative Health Studies with a Certificate in Health Coaching & Wellness Management. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in coaching individuals, training and supervising coaches, and building coach teams.
Megan passed the inaugural National Board Certification exam for Health and Wellness Coaches in 2017 and also serves as an approved mentor for the National Board for the Credentialing of Health & Wellness Coaches (NBHWC) beginning in 2016 and is currently based in San Francisco, California.
